I want to say that after watching this "training video" on property I now know how to argue that property is part of the declaration of Independence.

This info is very timely because just this week I made the final connection between the New York Real Property Tax Law definition of "real property" and my "personal property" in my home and abode. Basically, there is no connection between my personal property home and abode and the commercially described "real property" contemplated by the definition. And, personal property is specifically excluded from consideration of taxation under the Real Property Tax Law definition of "real property".

Thank you!

You are sorely missed buddy. Hope to see you back someday. Let us hear about Constitution 2 it's needed the old one did not work as as Spooner said:

"But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist."

Best

Dave,

Was listening to the show this morning and the section on the 9th Circuit Court and EPA got me thinking. I wonder if it's possible in Constitution of the U.S.A. II to make divisions of government goal based for compensation? I'm thinking that if you keep departments competing against others for bonus $$ like the private sector does for performance, then maybe we'd all see better service/actions from our Government?!?! In this case, the court as a whole could get bonus'd based on their actions of keeping other departments in check. The bonus would come from a pool of funds available to all departments who do the extras spelled out in the Constitution II (like go after other piss-poor departments to which they have jurisdiction.) Only the public could add/remove watch-dog directives through the defined process of amendment. Just a thought.
